Steps to Track Your EPF Claim Status
To see the status of your EPF Claim, just follow these steps:
- First, you need to visit the official EPFO website.
- Then, you will have to log in with your UAN number and password.
- Once you log in, a new page will show up. Then, on the top menu, click on “Online Services.”
- After that, a menu will appear where you can choose from different options.
- From these options, you have to click on “Track Claim Status.”
- When you click, the Claim Status page will open. From there, you can check the status of your EPF Claim.
Steps to Verify Claim Status via EPFO Passbook
If you want to check your Claim Status using the EPFO Passbook, you have to follow the steps below:
- First, visit the official website of EPFO which is epfindia.gov.in.
- Once you’re on the homepage, click “Online Services” and then go to “Member Login.”
- Then, a page will open where you need to log in or sign in using your UAN number and password.
- After doing this, another page will open.
- On that page, just click on “View” at the top, and then choose “Passbook” from the menu that appears.
- Then, the EPF Passbook portal will open in front of you.
- Type in your UAN number and password, complete the captcha and then log in.
- After you sign in, you need to choose the Member ID.
- Once you choose the Member ID, you’ll find two more options. Click on “View Claim Status” from there.
After that, the “View Claim Status” page will open, and you can see the status information there.
What to do if your PF claim is still being processed
If your EPFO Claim Status says “Under Process,” you should wait because it usually gets sorted out on its own. But if you want to speed things up, follow these steps to quickly settle your EPF money:
- First, visit the official EPFiGMS Portal at https://epfigms.gov.in.
- Then, click on the “Register Grievance” option at the top.
- Now, enter all your details and register your complaint.
After completing the above-mentioned steps, your PF money will be sent to your account as soon as possible.
